Milind Kasodekar is a Commerce graduate (B com), Law graduate (LLB),, an Associates Member of Institute of Cost accountants of India(AICMA) & a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS).
He served for 4 years in the Industry as a Cost Accountant and more than two Decades as a Company Secretaries in Practice.
He has been consulting in mergers and amalgamations, takeovers, winding up and dissolution of companies, restructuring of business and company audits as well as Joint Venture related legal matters.
He is Managing Partner of the firm.
He was actively involved with ICSI activities for two decades.
He Hold the Position as Chairman of the Pune Chapter, Regional Council member and Central Council member during the period from 1998 to 2010.
He was member of Secretarial Standards Board for the Period 2014 to 2018.
He was member of Peer review Board for the period 2015 to 2018.
He was member of Cost Accounting standards Board.

Makarand Lele is a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1992. He has completed his Commerce graduation (B.Com) from Garware College of Commerce Pune and Law graduation LL.B from ILS Law College Pune. He is Practicing Company Secretary since 1993 and has professional experience of 25 years.
He has been consulting to various Indian and International businesses on compliances, governance, risk management, joint ventures, policies, structuring, various critical matters in corporate laws and providing total business solutions.
He is a certified Corporate Secretary trainer under Toolkit Training of Trainers Programme of CSIA.
He is a member of India SME leadership Council, a National Advisory Board of SME Chamber of India and is a member of Corporate Legislation Core Committee of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MCCIA).
He is appointed as a Nominee on the Academic Council of Shivaji University, Kolhapur & North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon as an eminent expert & nominated on the board of studies for financial management of Savitribai Phule Pune University.
He is actively associated with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 1994. He was the President of ICSI for the year 2018 & was Vice-president for the year 2017. He served as a Chairman of Western India Reginal Council in the year 2011 & as a Chairman of Pune Chapter in the year 2003.
He has served on various committees of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Securities Exchange Board of India such as Business responsibility reporting committee, primary market committee, valuation law committee, Insolvency Law committee etc. He was appointed as the first Chairman of ICSI Auditing Standards Board formed by the ICSI in the year 2016.
He was Secretary of the Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA) for the years 2018 and 2019. CSIA is an international federation of professional bodies having 15 member countries and represents membership span of around 1,00,000 Corporate Secretaries.
He represented ICSI at various international conferences held in Thailand, Kenya, UK, Italy & Australia and shared his thoughts on the Corporate Governance, sustainability, business reporting etc.
He has been empanelled as "Mediator & Conciliator" by the Regional Director Western Region, North Western Region, Southern, South East Region and Northern Region.
He is a regular contributor to various professional magazines & publications. He was a mentor member of ICSI editorial team, who developed a researched base book "Premier on Company Law" consist of exclusive commentary on Companies Act, 2013.
He is a renowned trainer and speaker on several segments in corporate laws, management & economic affairs.

Shilpa Dixit, is a Registered Insolvency Professional, FCS, LLB, and B.Com. She is a partner in Pune based firm MRM Associates, Company Secretaries with more than 17 years of experience in practice. She has an experience in the fields of Corporate Laws, Listing guide- lines and SEBI Regulations and is an advisor for to various Public and Private Limited Companies including top MNCs.
She was an Office Bearer on the Managing Committee of Pune Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) during the year 2011 to 2014 and was a Chairperson of Pune Chapter of ICSI for the year 2014.
In 2015, she was the first female Company Secretary to get elected on the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the ICSI from Pune and served the position of a Secretary of WIRC of ICSI in the year 2015 & Vice-Chairperson in the year 2017 & currently she has been re-elected as member on WIRC for the term 2019-2022.
She was a member on Auditing Standard Board of ICSI in the year 2018.
She also holds Position as an Independent Woman Director in Enkei Wheels (India) Limited.
She has received a Best Article for the year Award in the year 2007, from the Pune Chapter of ICSI, for her Article on “Legalization of Foreign Public Documents with reference to the Hague Conference on Private International Law (Hague Apostil Convention)”.
As a Chairperson of the Committee of the Practicing Company Secretaries, in the year 2009, she undertook and successfully completed the work of publishing the revised edition of the Handbook for Entrepreneurs & Professionals, published by the Pune Chapter of the WIRC of ICSI namely “All About Private Limited Companies”
